Rainbow Technologies-K.K. to Market Industry’s Leading Solutions for Emerging Japanese Internet Security Market

IRVINE, CA and Tokyo, JAPAN. July 9, 2001 – Rainbow Technologies, Inc. The new joint venture, Rainbow Technologies-K.K., will be based in Tokyo and will market Rainbow’s Sentinel software license management solutions, iKey USB authentication tokens, and CryptoSwift eCommerce acceleration and server performance enhancement products in Japan.

SOFTBANK E-COMMERCE GROUP is a leading distributor of business software in Japan, so the joint venture provides opportunities for developers to adopt Rainbow’s advanced electronic software distribution (ESD) solutions.
