Former CEO and President of AXENT Technologies, Industry Veteran To Lead TruSecure to Next Level of Growth

Becker, a pioneer in information security, is the former Chairman and CEO of AXENT Technologies, Inc., (AXENT) a publicly traded information security software and services company. He has more than 20 years of industry expertise and was instrumental in AXENT’s success and growth.

As Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of AXENT, he was instrumental in leading AXENT from start-up in December of 1994, to an initial public offering in April of 1996 and finally the sale of AXENT to Symantec Corporation (Nasdaq: SYMC).
