The Training Camp Puts Foot on MCSE 2003 Accelerator

Philadelphia, PA September 30, 2003 The Training Camp, the industry leader in accelerated learning for information technology, today announced a new course for Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certification for Microsoft Windows Server 2003.

The 14-day accelerated MCSE 2003: Security+ Training Camp reinforces the company s commitment to enhanced learning combined with efficient certification. The new course provides information technology professionals with the knowledge and skills necessary to install, configure, support, secure and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows 2000- and 2003-based networks. “System engineers face a number of challenges and pressures from across the enterprise, from reducing the total cost of ownership of network systems, to enhancing the return on investment of IT expenditures. We focus on the skills required to more closely align technology to business needs,” said Ed Denzler, CEO of The Training Camp.

“Accelerated learning means students not only learn more efficiently, keeping up with the latest systems and skills to best manage the technology, but also more effectively. Our style of teaching and systematic approach means students complete the entire course with hands on learning and onsite testing. They come away with validation of their skills in just two weeks, and can add immediate value to their company and its business needs,” added Denzler.

The additional focus on information security in the enterprise reflects the current real-world demands in enterprise and government organizations. During the program students will achieve certifications for the Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and CompTIA Security+.

“Earning a Microsoft MCSE certification for Microsoft Windows Server 2003 validates an IT professional s ability to perform all the required tasks on Microsoft s latest server operating system. Moreover, it highlights their expertise to employers, clients, and peers,” said Kevin Dean, East Coast Training Services Account Manager at Microsoft. “The Training Camp s unique accelerated formula and intensive, zero-distraction methodology not only equips engineers with the skills to do their job, but provides them with the most up to date knowledge to bring value to their business, and their career.”

The first training course is scheduled to run in November. For more information on the MCSE 2003 Security+ program, and course listings, please go to http://www.trainingcamp.net/us/mcse2003.asp
