York brings to ServGate over 15 years of senior management experience in leading customer service departments at high tech companies including Roamware. While at Roamware, a leading global provider of value-added voice and data roaming solutions, York was instrumental in managing customer support services including customised training, technical support and implementation services for customers in 25 countries worldwide. As vice president of customer service at Lightbridge/Corsair Communications and Pilot Network Services, York led global support teams and directed comprehensive customer and partner service programs.
