Intellitactics Names David Kimball Vice President, Global Sales

Reston, Va., Oct. 27, 2004 Intellitactics, Inc., provider of the premier Security Information Management (SIM) solution for the largest, most challenging environments in the world, today named David Kimball Vice President, Global Sales. Kimball will immediately assume responsibility for managing Intellitactics worldwide sales team, growing all direct and indirect sales.

Kimball brings to Intellitactics more than 20 years of sales management and operations experience for emerging and established software companies. He joins Intellitactics following more than three successful years at San Jose, Calif.-based NetIQ (NASDAQ: NTIQ), where he served as senior director of sales and grew revenues an average of 40 percent annually.

Prior to NetIQ, Kimball served in a similar capacity for companies selling in B2B commerce applications and other enterprise management solutions to both commercial and federal customers. He demonstrated his skills at Remedy Corporation where he grew government sales and operations, increasing revenue from $1.2 million to $18 million in just two years. At Trend Micro (NASDAQ: TMIC), he was part of the team that made them revenue ready for a successful IPO.
