New Managing Director for Pointsec in the UK

Martin Allen joins Pointsec in the UK as their new MD, succeeding Magnus Ahlberg, during a record year for sales and new customers which has so far seen a global growth of 60% compared with the previous year. In his last job Martin Allen drove sales across Europe for Lynuxworks a US-based company.

During his 25 years in business Martin Allen has increased driven sales and marketing for a number of software and hi-tech companies including Lynuxworks Inc, Synchrologic Inc. Microware Systems Corporation, and Verilog UK ltd. Following a classic career path that has led from sales exec to managing sales teams across UK and Internationally, Martin Allen has beaten targets and seen revenues increase. During which time he has opened international offices, recruited staff, and built strong channel partnerships across EMEA.
