MDI Security Systems Signs Business Agreement with PSA Security Network
SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS – July 25, 2005 – MDI, Inc. (NASDAQ: MDII), a recognized leader in delivering open integrated security control, alarm management and video security solutions, announced today that MDI Security Systems has entered into a product sales and promotion agreement with the PSA Security Network. Under the agreement, PSA will offer MDI security products to its dealer and integrator members through its nationwide purchasing network.
With a growing membership base of over 285 dealer and integrator locations, the PSA Security Network is the world’s largest electronic security cooperative. PSA member companies are responsible for over $1 billion dollars of electronic security installations including video security, access control and life safety systems.
