Preventsys Expands Into Canada With Cyberklix Partnership
Carlsbad, Calif. – August 2, 2005 -Preventsys Inc. today announced it has inked a deal with Cyberklix, a security management provider, making them an authorized Preventsys channel partner. This agreement allows Cyberklix to offer the Preventsys Enterprise Security Management (ESM) system to its customers in Canada, enabling them to effectively manage IT security risk, and automate auditing and compliance reporting to meet regulatory and business requirements.
Cyberklix customers who adopt the Preventsys ESM system will have “The Complete Solution” to security, allowing organizations to focus on their core business. Cyberklix engineers are certified and trained on the Preventsys’ ESM system allowing for successful deployments of the needed technology into large enterprise accounts. The partnership allows customers to maximize the benefit of Preventsys’ technology and Cyberklix’s service.
Cyberklix will be offering Preventsys’ ESM system for organizations in Canada that are frustrated with the difficulty of collecting and analyzing data from multiple vulnerability assessment and configuration management tools to create risk and compliance reports. Unlike security event management (SEM) products that centralize data from security sensors for event monitoring and managed incident response, the Preventsys system integrates best-of-breed security assessment tools into a central security dashboard, dramatically cutting costs and reducing the time it takes to create comprehensive, enterprise-wide custom reports from weeks to seconds.
