New SpectraGuard SAFE incorporates wireless multi-band threat prevention

AirTight Networks announced an enhanced version of SpectraGuard SAFE, which protects laptop users from rapidly proliferating wireless attacks such as Evil Twin, wireless phishing, ad hoc networking and more. AirTight Networks is the only company to expand beyond Wi-Fi and offer a complete wireless policy management and enforcement solution including WiFi (802.11 a/b/g/pre-n), Bluetooth, GSM, EvDO, CDMA, and infrared interfaces.

SpectraGuard SAFE is client software that manages and secures the wireless connections made from that device. SAFE protects corporate mobile laptop users from malicious attacks on all the major wireless technologies commonly in use.
