SaaS-based IFRS conversion delivery and project management solution

IFRS On Demand announced the release of IFRS On Demand version 2.0, a new release of their software-as-a-service (SaaS)-based IFRS conversion delivery and project management solution.

IFRS On Demand automates the business processes associated with the conversion from GAAP to IFRS. The solution embeds a structured project management discipline to bring governance, visibility and control to the IFRS conversion process. Accounting subject assessments, IFRS differences, schedules and documents are managed in a Web-based repository.

New features in IFRS On Demand version 2.0:

• Access to IFRS Online Reference subscription service – IFRS On Demand now includes context-sensitive links offering immediate online access to the complete body of content on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs) and International Accounting Standards (IASs), published by the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB)
• Expanded Project Management Capabilities – IFRS On Demand version 2.0 provides new project management capabilities to manage and control conversion engagements. New modules include issue and risk tracking, advanced project scheduling, and action item management
• mproved Methodology and Workflows – The solution has been updated with the Pyramus IFRS Conversion Methodology version 2.0, offering out-of-the-box workflow solutions to govern the conversion process
• Enhanced Reporting – New reports and dashboards have been included to improve visibility and communication on IFRS conversion engagements.
