SiteSURV 4.0 cloud web filtering with enhanced features

CyberPatrol announced SiteSURV 4.0, the latest version of its customizable Cloud Managed Service for small and medium business.

SiteSURV has improved customization and reporting features. It allows user to select categories to be blocked or allowed from the database of 44 total categories. Users can customize the standard options (formerly an uneditable default setting) and easily create and include a custom list of urls to block or allow. The product provides reporting that includes both requested and blocked sites. These reports are easily downloaded from the online console and graph usage of the past 30 days by location.

SiteSURV uses 44 categories of web sites, including 8 recommended categories to be blocked as part of a customizable profile setting. CyberPatrol proactively scans the Internet looking for sites using the proprietary SiteCAT Engine. Through the use of domain classification algorithms, over 1 million domains are crawled and analyzed every twenty four hours. Customers receive updates as quickly as 15 minutes from the time the threat is detected. Continuous and aggressive detection of these sites provides updated protection.

CyberPatrol SiteSURV 4.0 starts at $119 per year for a 5 user license and provides customizable filtering via an easy to use web control panel. Setting up SiteSURV requires business owners to take just two basic steps; Providing CyberPatrol with the IP Address of their access point and changing the DNS on their Internet access point (PC, router, or server). Each license purchased comes with 4 access points.
