GFI Software launched GFI MAX, a suite of remote management, monitoring and support tools for IT support organizations and MSPs worldwide.

A survey carried out among 200 MSPs and IT support organizations in June 2009 found that 9 out of 10 respondents use remote monitoring and management software to offer a faster fix response time, while 81% said they were able to save money by being able to do more from remote locations. A total of 78% said that using remote monitoring and management software allowed them to improve their business margins.
