Confidential information is protected using AES 256-bit CBC mode encryption. The system includes active anti-malware protection, password protection and virus scanning in a waterproof and tamper resistant device. IronKey devices can also be managed remotely, allowing tracking, controlled access to sensitive data and the ability to disable or destroy lost or stolen drives.
