Atos and Nozomi Networks team to deliver security to OT environments

Atos and Nozomi Networks announced they will work together to provide industrial enterprises real-time operational technology (OT) network visibility, data analysis and cybersecurity protection.

The joint solution will help customers decrease total cost of ownership while implementing both analytics and cybersecurity within industrial networks.

It improves the time to results for infrastructure analytics to help drive business value and innovation across IT and OT environments.

Recent industry studies indicate the number of enterprise security breaches continues to grow. Globally, more than six out of ten enterprises have been breached in the past few years. Within ICS, three out of four customers expect a cybersecurity attack will happen to them.

“Industrial customers require big data analytics that can span both IT and OT to not only improve the security and safety of their critical operational infrastructure, but also to extend the value of those assets through predictive and prescriptive maintenance, said Jerome Sandrini, Head of Big Data and Security, Atos North America.

“Working with Nozomi Networks allows us to take advantage of their artificial intelligence-powered software to map, monitor and identify threats in some of the largest industrial installations around the world.”

Nozomi Networks knowledge of the complexities of ICS networks, continuous innovation and expertise in artificial intelligence allow the SCADAguardian solution to deliver real-time ICS monitoring, industrial network visualization, hybrid ICS threat and anomaly detection, asset inventory and vulnerability assessment, all through a single solution.

Atos Codex analyzes structured and unstructured data from different sources, such as operational networks, and provides insight to users across the business.

Combined with Nozomi solutions, Codex will provide customers with the information they need to run their businesses safely and securely.

“Atos is respected around the world for delivering technology that transforms business and drives a desired outcome that enables customer success,” said Edgard Capdevielle, CEO, Nozomi Networks.

“We are joining forces to tackle the cybersecurity challenges and data-powered business decisions that are surfacing as IT and OT infrastructures converge.”
