Phil Sims joins Cirrus Insight bringing with him over 25 years of enterprise-class technology leadership experience.
He has held key positions developing platforms for several high profile marketing services firms including Clear Channel Communications, Constant Contact and, most recently, serving as the CTO for Act-On Software where he led a digital transformation initiative that was recently recognized by SiriusDecisions as Technology Program of the Year.
