K2 Cyber Security announced that veteran sales leader Monty Venkersammy has been appointed as Vice President of Channel Sales. K2 Cyber Security was named one of the hot newcomers to the RSA Conference in 2020 by Help Net Security.
Venkersammy is responsible for building the overall channel strategy for K2 Cyber Security, including signing new distributors and partners. K2 is committed to building and supporting a successful channel ecosystem to help companies secure their critical web applications.

Venkersammy brings to K2 Cyber Security extensive experience working in enterprise sales, and partnering with channel partners, distributors and strategic alliances. Monty has spent the last 20 years in the security industry as an entrepreneur and sales executive working in security companies such as Trend Micro, Sendmail (Proofpoint), Lastline and Malwarebytes.
At Malwarebytes and Lastline, he was Vice President of Business Development and was the first Enterprise RVP Salesperson. Over the past 20 years, Monty has forged successful relationships with key channel partners, resellers and distributers, empowering them to bring value-added solutions to their customers.
