SecureInfo’s Market Leading Security Compliance Product Approved for Enterprise Purchases Across all DoD Agencies

SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS – April 2, 2004, SecureInfo Corporation, a recognized leader in delivering enterprise information security solutions, announced today it has signed an Enterprise Software Agreement with the Department of Defense (DoD) to offer its RMS(tm) (Risk Management System) solution across all DoD agencies worldwide under the terms of the Enterprise Software Initiative (ESI). The ESI consists of software solutions that are capable of scaling to meet the needs and technical demands of a DoD enterprise. As part of the commercial software product category of Information Assurance, SecureInfo will be added to an elite list of Information Security vendors, including Symantec, Network Associates and Trend Micro. Additionally, the ESI agreement includes the Company’s entire security solution suite of Security Compliance, Vulnerability Management and Security Operations Management to include professional services and security product training.

The ESI was established to procure enterprise class software at competitive prices while improving interoperability within the DoD. This blanket purchase agreement provides SecureInfo Products and Services to a potentially unlimited number of users across the DoD on an infinite use basis. As an additional part of this initiative, SecureInfo will work with the Federal Government to participate in the future of electronic software purchasing aimed at creating a paperless ordering, invoicing and payment process system.

“The last thing on a Security Manager’s mind should be worrying about the diligence and negotiation associated with making an enterprise purchase, and this initiative offers a streamlined method for DoD Agencies to acquire industry leading solutions that will assist them in keeping their systems secure,” stated Steve Kiser, President and CEO of SecureInfo. “We understand the challenges involved in managing the security of enterprise systems and the value associated with a proven out-of-the-box compliance solution such as RMS, to provide an audit-ready deliverable which meets Congressional and DoD reporting requirements,” he added.

SecureInfo’s RMS solution offers organizations a proven automated security Certification and Accreditation (C&A) solution that is customizable to meet the security requirements of enterprise networks.
