Skybox Security Expands Management Team with Three New VPs to Support Demand for First Exposure Risk Management (ERM) Solution
PALO ALTO, CA – April 6, 2004 – Skybox Security, Inc., provider of the first Exposure Risk Management (ERM) solution, today announced three additions to its management team. Ran Harpaz, former vice president of research and development for Sanctum, joins as vice president of customer service; Rick Maddox joins as vice president of sales; Yo Delmar joins as vice president of business development.

Ran Harpaz was formerly a management consultant with McKinsey & Co., advising top management on strategy, technology and operations. Prior to that, Ran was vice president of R&D at Sanctum Inc., the web application security company. His background also includes innovative telecom research at Amdocs Ltd. and leading software projects as an officer in the IDF Intelligence Corps. Ran holds an MBA from Tel-Aviv University, as well as a B.A. in Economics and a LL.B. in Law.
Rick Maddox was formerly vice president, worldwide sales for Active Decisions, Inc. Prior to ADI, Rick served in the same capacity at MS2, Velogic, and Business Evolution. Before this, he was vice president, worldwide sales at Network Information Technology and Intrinsa Corporation and director of Western Region Operations at Trusted Information Systems. Rick holds an A.B. degree Magna Cum Laude from Princeton University.
Yo Delmar was formerly CEO of the Hive Group, a visual business analytics company. Prior to the Hive Group, Yo served in executive positions in online companies iculture and workingforchange.com. Prior to this, she was President of SPL Worldgroup Consulting, an application integrator. Prior to SPL, Yo spent 15 years at SHL Systemhouse, a leading system integrator, where she served as senior vice president, Technology Services. Yo holds a BSc in Mathematics, an MBA from Dalhousie University and is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC).
