SafeNet and Adobe Team to Deliver Secure Document Services

Baltimore, Md. – June 8, 2004 – SafeNet, Inc. (NASDAQ: SFNT), setting the standard for information security, today announced that the company’s Luna Series of products works with Adobe’s document services to help customers deploy more secure documents on the Adobe Intelligent Document Platform.

The Adobe Intelligent Document Platform utilizes the Adobe Reader, PDF and Adobe’s document services to address all phases of the document lifecycle. The platform enables organizations to securely automate and accelerate the flow of business-critical information between employees, customers and constituents.

The SafeNet Luna Series supports Adobe’s document services for document control and security by providing industry-based best practices hardware protection against identity theft at the corporate level. The Luna series includes a range of hardware security modules that are compatible with all major operating systems including Microsoft Windows, Linux, Sun Solaris, IBM AIX and HP UX.
