Emental Names Engineering VP, Further Broadens Depth Of Experience Of Security Compliance Management Provider
SAN MATEO, Calif. – Aug. 2, 2005 Elemental Security, Inc., an award-winning pioneer of new technology in enterprise information security, today announced that it has named Marc Ferrie as its vice president of Engineering.

Mr. Ferrie brings more than 18 years of executive experience in delivering enterprise software applications to Fortune 1000 customers, with companies such as Ventaso, a provider of sales effectiveness solutions, and Evolve Software (now Primavera), a leading provider of IT operations management and professional services automation. Previously, Mr. Ferrie held numerous executive management positions at Computer Associates and Ingres, in both Engineering and Customer Services, in France and the U.S. Mr. Ferrie holds a Master degree in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence from the University Descartes, Paris, and a Master degree of Sociology from the University La Sorbonne, Paris.
