SSH Communications Security Announces Mika Peuranen As Chief Financial Officer
HELSINKI, FINLAND and WELLESLEY, Mass. – August 3, 2005 – SSH Communications Security Corp. (HEX:SSH1V), a world-leading provider of enterprise security solutions and end-to-end communications security, and the original developer of the Secure Shell protocol, today announced the appointment of Mika Peuranen as chief financial officer for SSH Communications Security, Corp., in Finland.
With 15 years of experience in corporate finance and accounting, as well as in management from industry-leading companies, Peuranen will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations, as well as administration and human resources for SSH Communications Security Corp.

Prior to joining SSH, Peuranen was the managing director of the Austrian branch at Finnforest, Europe’s largest supplier of wood-based products and building materials. Peuranen was also responsible for Finnforest’s financial and administrative activities in the Czech and Slovak Republics, Hungary and Romania. Before joining Finnforest in Vienna in 1999, Peuranen held various key positions in accounting and finance at KONE Corporation both in Finland and in the Netherlands.
