SSH Signs Multi-Year Agreements With Three Major Enterprises

SSH Communications Security Corp has signed multi-year frame agreements for enterprise-wide use of SSH Tectia products with three major corporations, two US financial sector leaders and a leading European software company. The first deliveries and invoices under these agreements have now begun for the end of this year. The first phase deliveries will secure system administration connections in the very large IT infrastructure of these customers. SSH Tectia Manager enables such enterprise-wide scalability.

The multi-year agreements also include annual fees for continuous software maintenance and technical support services for the licensed products, as well as provisions for adding other SSH Tectia products for secure file transfers, application connectivity, and secure IBM mainframe connectivity for additional license fees.

SSH’s strong sales growth in the second half of this year resulted in the company’s turnaround to profitability in the 3rd quarter. Sarbanes-Oxley audits and related IT security development programs in large enterprises have begun driving increasing demand for commercially supported enterprise-class security solutions such as SSH Tectia.

These agreements further support SSH’s earlier estimations about very positive profitability development of the SSH Tectia business during the 2nd half of 2005. The company anticipates completion of more such agreements in 2006.
