(ISS) (NASDAQ: ISSX) today announced the company is supporting HP’s security incident management service while providing network and host intrusion detection and prevention and vulnerability scanning through the HP Global Security Operations Centers (GSOCs).
As part of an agreement between the companies, a comprehensive set of security tools and services from ISS will be integrated into HP’s managed IT services portfolio, providing customers with critical security capabilities needed to strengthen their IT infrastructures. ISS’ Managed Security Services (MSS) will be integrated with the HP GSOC offering, which includes the unique findings of ISS’ X-Force® research and development team and the global strength of ISS security operations centres around the world.
