Vordel signs leading security IT distributor Smartsec to promote XML security appliance in the Nordic market
Dublin and Stockholm, 1st February, 2006 – Vordel, the XML Web Services security company today announced the appointment of leading Swedish security distributor, Smartsec, as a reseller of Vordel’s VS3000 XML security appliance into the Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Norwegian and Icelandic marketplaces.
Smartsec is highly regarded in the region as the acknowledged leading distributor for best of breed IT security products. Under the terms of the deal, Smartsec will distribute Vordel’s XML security appliance, VS3000, into new and existing channels in the Scandinavian region. Smartsec has been supplying quality solutions into the security reseller market for over twenty years. Vordel will be included in a portfolio of specialist security products from firms such as Borderware, Credant, Fortinet, Safenet and Vasco.
