Tom Savini named Chief Financial Officer of AirDefense
AirDefense announced the appointment of Tom Savini as chief financial officer. AirDefense, the innovator and market leader in anywhere, anytime wireless security, provides a complete suite of solutions that secure wireless networks and protect the extended mobile enterprise against all threats and attacks. Savini joins AirDefense with more than 20 years of banking, financial and operational management experience.

Prior to joining AirDefense, Savini served as vice president of finance at Movaz Networks, Inc. a telecommunications infrastructure provider. He oversaw the growth of Movaz from its inception to its successful sale in August 2006 to ADVA Optical Networking. Previously, he held senior banking positions at Silicon Valley Bank, Sumitomo Bank and Bank of America, providing corporate and investment banking services to start-up, small cap and middle market clients, including several emerging technology clients.
