SafeNet partners with Secured eMail

SafeNet announced today a new partnership with Secured eMail, a leading provider of content encryption solutions. Secured eMail will integrate SafeNet’s ProtectDrive Enterprise Version with their Simple Encryption Platform (SEP) architecture.

ProtectDrive’s hard drive encryption technology encrypts the entire hard drive of a laptop, workstation, or server, to protect against disclosure of information in case of theft or accidental loss of the hardware device. Pre-boot authentication prevents unauthorized users from circumventing the operating system to access sensitive information. The software recently received a four star rating from SC Magazine and has been deployed in enterprises and governments worldwide.
