Bluefire Mobile Security VPN 2.7 with support for the newest smartphones and X.509 certificates

Bluefire, a leading developer of security solutions for smartphones and wireless devices, today announced the upcoming release of the Bluefire Mobile SecurityVPN version 2.7. This updated version of Bluefire’s VPN will be released on March 12.

Upcoming features (including recently released enhancements) include:

– Latest Smartphone Support. Version 2.7 will support the new Windows Mobile 5.0 Smartphone OS-based Cingular Blackjack, Cingular 3125, T-Mobile Dash, Motorola Q Pro, and Palm Treo 750.

– Authentication Enhancements. Bluefire’s VPN now offers users even more security by adding support for additional forms of authentication (Support for X.509 certificates and RSA SecurID software token integration)
