Encrypted data and password vault for PCs and Macs

Callpod launched Keeper Desktop, its first software application for desktop and laptop computers.

Keeper allows users to store all sensitive data including passwords, account numbers, website logins, notes, lists and other business or personal information on their laptop or desktop computer. Users can search, index and protect information with military-grade encryption.

Keeper Desktop can securely and wirelessly sync the sensitive encrypted data with the user’s mobile device over a Wi-Fi network. If the user’s computer is lost or stolen, the sensitive information stored in Keeper is encrypted and remains secure. As a feature, a “self-destruct” mode will erase all data after five incorrect attempts to break into the database.
