Qualys and Modulo announced the availability of QualysGuard VM integration with Modulo Risk Manager, providing customers a completely integrated, holistic view of IT risks correlated to vulnerabilities of their IT environments.
As organizations are now faced with hundreds of vulnerabilities to mitigate daily, understanding these security and compliance risks as part of a broader GRC program allows security personnel to better prioritize and address risks in a timely manner.
With Modulo Risk Manager, QualysGuard Vulnerability Management data is automatically collected and integrated into the risk management program, allowing vulnerability risk to be correlated with other risks, controls and assets, providing a holistic management perspective of the most important risks.
This integration allows customers to prioritize not only compliance risks, but also security risks to manage remediation efforts across the organization, prioritize large amounts of vulnerability data using a mature and reliable approach, produce compliance documentation and make more accurate decisions.
“Our customers are looking for a single point of reference to understand the risk landscape as it impacts their business environments. This can only be achieved through correlation and continuous monitoring of security and compliance data in the context of policies and controls. We are pleased to deepen our partnership with Modulo and deliver this comprehensive solution to our joint customers,” says Philippe Courtot, Chairman and CEO of Qualys.
The QualysGuard and Modulo Risk Manager integration provides the following benefits out-of-the-box:
- Identify and remediate vulnerabilities, improving security and compliance posture
- Manage and reduce risk to business assets
- Automate collection of security and compliance data
- Document and create reports for analysis and reporting against regulations and internal policies
The integration is available immediately in Modulo Risk Manager for joint Modulo and Qualys customers.
