A common regulation to cover all of Europe is one of the arguments presented by Engstr?¶m, as he believes it an advantage for businesses. There has been a huge lobbying and pressure from American companies and authorities regarding this topic and Engstr?¶m wishes they could understand these proposals are an advantage.
