Zyxel launches SD-WAN solution for SMBs and MSPs
Zyxel Communications launches Zyxel SD-WAN, the software-defined wide area network solution. Zyxel SD-WAN enables SMBs and Managed Service Providers (MSP) to optimize network connections between distributed sites over the internet to achieve enterprise-class network performance, stability and security for critical applications across the organization.
Zyxel SD-WAN is a solution that mitigates network issues faced by businesses and organizations that depend upon the internet to provide connectivity between distributed sites and remote users.
Packet-level routing provides dynamic rerouting of the network connection across the internet through VPN tunnels for real-time network optimization in response to degradation or fluctuations on the network path.
In addition to the ability to identify applications and prioritize traffic on the local network, WAN optimization provides load balancing and high-availability to ensure maximum uptime and minimize the effects of latency and jitter for critical applications such as VoIP and video conferencing.
Zyxel SD-WAN is available as an annual software licence that runs on the new generation of ZyWALL Advanced VPN firewall appliances that were launched in January this year. ZyWALL VPN50, VPN100 and VPN300 firewalls, are recommended for sites of up to 50, 100 and 300 users respectively.

The Intuitive and graphical interface can be used to manage all Zyxel VPN/SD-WAN devices on a WAN. Orchestrator provides zero-touch provisioning and AutoVPN which makes equipment deployment quick and easy, and removes the need for on-site IT personnel.
Enterprise-class SD-WAN capabilities at an affordable price: Zyxel SD-WAN is available in one-year licensing bundles with Zyxel ZyWALL VPN firewalls.
Introductory SD-WAN offer: For a limited time, VPN50, VPN 100 and VPN300 will be bundled with a free 1 year SD-WAN license. Customers who have already purchased VPN50, VPN100 and VPN300 can also receive a free one year SD-WAN license by downloading the new firmware update.
