With consumers being digitally connected in almost all facets of their lives, they expect their banks’ offerings and their payment experiences to be digital too.

Entrust surveyed 1350 consumers who have made or received digital payments in the past 12 months, to see the state of the banking industry and how it will evolve in the future.

While preferring online banking, consumers are concerned about fraud, which urges financial institutions to offer a digital experience with security at its foundation.
