Tripwire has joined the global partner program for Amazon Web Services (AWS). As a new Advanced Technology Partner of the AWS Partner Network (APN), Tripwire has now made its vulnerability management solution, Tripwire IP360, available on the AWS Marketplace.
As an Advanced Technology Partner in the APN, Tripwire leverages AWS to deliver cybersecurity solutions via scalable, flexible and cost-effective cloud-based infrastructure, starting with Tripwire IP360. APN is focused on helping its partners build and grow their markets, providing business, technical and marketing support. In cooperation with AWS, Tripwire now provides cloud-hosted vulnerability management software.
“Joining the AWS Partner Network as an Advanced Technology is part of Tripwire’s commitment to help customers get cybersecurity programs up and running quickly and easily through SaaS-delivered solutions,” said Tim Erlin, vice president of product management and strategy at Tripwire. “Starting with the ability to address vulnerabilities, which continue to be the leading cause of major data breaches, we’re making critical security controls easily available through cloud-based delivery.”
Tripwire IP360 is an enterprise-class vulnerability and risk management solution that enables cost-effective reduction of cyberthreat risk by focusing remediation efforts on the highest risks and most critical assets. The solution is built upon a scalable architecture that delivers risk-based vulnerability assessment across modern hybrid infrastructure – including data centers, private clouds and public clouds – with support for container environments and DevOps toolchains.
The APN’s Advanced Partner status signifies that Tripwire has a strong AWS practice and holds in-house AWS-certified technical expertise. Hosting Tripwire solutions on the AWS platform speeds the delivery and implementation of cybersecurity solutions for Marketplace customers.
