TriCipher Receives Investment from Intel Capital

SAN FRANCISCO, CA., RSA Conference 2005 (Booth #1504) – February 15, 2005 — TriCipher, Inc., the innovator of strong authentication for the real world, today announced that Intel Capital joined in the second round equity financing from Trident Capital, ArrowPath Venture Capital and Wasatch Venture Capital, which was also announced today. In conjunction with the funding, Intel and TriCipher have entered into a technical and marketing cooperation agreement associated with Intel’s Digital Office initiative.

Additionally, TriCipher will use leading Intel server technology.” Grawrock will join the TriCipher Technical Advisory Board and Intel Capital will have a board observer on TriCipher’s Corporate Board.
