TUV certifies the quality and excellent performance of ClientShield with TruPrevent Technologies

Technologies has received Gepr??fte Virenschutz-Software certification after exhaustive tests by T??V, the world-renowned German institution. “The excellent results achieved in these tests demonstrate how this solution fully meets the required standards to offer the best performance in protecting networked workstations”, explains Pedro Bustamante, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Panda Software.
To obtain T??V certification, ClientShield with TruPreventâ„? Technologies had to pass a series of technical trials carried out by AV-Test, the Magdeburg University laboratory (Germany). Its protection capabilities have been tested against 361 viruses (boot, file, macro and script) from the Wildlist, (the list of viruses most frequently infecting users’ computers). Its performance has also been tested with immediate and scheduled scans of 15,100 files, which it came through without generating false positives. “Not only did ClientShield with TruPreventâ„? Technologies meet the Gepr??fte Virenschutz-Software quality certification criteria, but it also impressed the T??V technical team with its performance as it doesn’t interfere with the functionality of any legitimate application”, adds Bustamante.
