Organizations unprepared for a new class of cyber threats: HEAT attacks

Organizations are mostly concerned about ransomware and malware, but despite these growing risks, just 27% have implemented an advanced threat protection on every endpoint device accessing corporate applications and resources, a Menlo Security research reveals.

The research explored the steps organizations are taking to secure themselves against a new class of cyber threats known as Highly Evasive Adaptive Threats (HEAT).

With employees increasingly accessing cloud based applications and working in the browser, the frequency of HEAT attacks rises.
