HITBSecConf2016 Amsterdam, the 7th annual HITB Security Conference in Europe takes place at the newly refurbished NH Grand Krasnapolsky from the 23rd till the 27th of May.

The event kicks off with all new 2 and for the first time, 3-day training sessions held on the 23rd, 24th and 25th. Courses include all new IPv6 material by Marc ‘van Hauser’ Heuse of THC.org, an in-depth LTE and telecomms security course by Founder of Telecomm Security Task for and for the very first time in Europe, Rift Recon’s The Art of Escape – a course that teaches you how to escape an attempted kidnapping, move through a city unnoticed and much more.

The conference on the 26th and 27th will feature two tracks of 60 minute talks covering the latest attack and defense techniques and 120 minute hands on lab sessions for more in depth presentations. Alongside the main conference there will also be a technology exhibition, spaces with EU and NL hackerspaces showing off what their members are working on, community spaces, a Capture the Flag competition and more.

Keynote speakers for the conference include Morgan Marquis-Boire (Director of Security First Look Media), Chris Evans (Head, Tesla Motors Security Team) and Sophia D’Antoine (Security Researcher, Trail of Bits).
